More and more, the internet seems to be getting censored and George Orwell’s Newspeak is being adopted. People are creating content then mass distributing it to various platforms, seem of which penalise or demonitise the material, just because it contains certain words. I find this downright pathetic and deplorable.
This is also why I have my own platform. No major company can delete it nor “cancel” it. I refuse to use TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc because I am leaving myself and my content at the whim and Terms and Conditions of someone who doesn’t care one bit about me, only how much money I might be able to make for them.
So I can talk about someone being dead (instead of “unalive” FFS!) or if someone is a paedophile, I don’t need to use the term “PDF file” (whoever does, I’m declaring them an idiot right now). Political correctness and wokeness is like a mental virus. It’s nasty.
But some people just don’t care. But free speech is important. Just because you have a voice, doesn’t mean you have to sing but it’s nice to know you could, even if badly. So let people express themselves, their ideas, their options, no matter how good or bad they are because at least it lets you save time knowing what they’re really like, much earlier.
So talk, share ideas and opinions and let free speech reign. Do not give in to Big Brother.
You don’t make sense are you even a serious blogger?
Thanks for reading!
Which part doesn’t make sense?
As for “serious”, that implies to me a professional blogger, someone making money from it. No it is not, nor am I.
Respect is earned over time, not requested or enforced. A professional presence is built by demonstrating capability and integrity, not by seeking attention or defaming others.
Completely agree. Respect is earned and should never be requested, demanded or enforced. That’s just stupid. As for professional presence I guess I agree. I’m not seeking to build one, I have enough going for me, you do you I guess.
It shows a lack of integrity in both your understanding and communication skills.
And, to be quite frank, after reading your posts across various areas, you do not appear to uphold professional ethics in either your work or the public domain.
I’m only replying to this troll of a message because I’m bored. I have no idea who you are. I’m guessing 1 of 3 potential people. That said, until you identity yourself I’m going to call you a coward and a troll lacking integrity and ethics yourself. You don’t know me. There is more to me than this blog. Plus, stop thinking this blog is a professional blog or that what I post here is supposed to be scholarly material. It’s a place to vent, dig into philosophical matters and rant about stuff. If I wanted to build a proper portfolio or digital DV of myself and my work, both personal, profession or stuff I do in the community, it would look different and hold different content. So stop hiding behind a keyboard and screen and identify yourself or, because all your responses are from the same IP, I will simply block you.
You’re not on Reddit, Facebook, Twitter/X or Instagram where you can say to people things no normal person would say in front of their face. So prove you do know me, or bugger off.
You are entitled to your opinions, even when they are misguided and poorly thought out. However, do not expect to gain supporters or earn public respect through such posts. What people are more likely to see is someone driven by resentment, lacking self-growth, and focusing on others instead of working on themselves often playing the victim. In reality, by posting without considering the consequences, you are not damaging anyone else’s character but your own. This behavior comes across as volatile and impulsive. One might even question whether these posts are written under the influence of alcohol; if not, it may be worth reflecting seriously on your mental well being.
By your phrasing, I now think I know who you are. You really think the Cease and Desist email was going to work? It had all my contact details wrong and was self-contradictory in several places all I could think of is that it was copy and paste from somewhere, or written by AI. It was laughable.
My post clearly explains what I want in order to have me remove it but you insist on your usual lecturing, self-aggrandising, arrogant mode that I know personally annoyed and pissed a few people off. Hope your surgery went well though.
Grow up. Your behavior is the reason no one would want to invest their time or effort in you. Your post about Nameeta makes one thing clear: your actions have been judged over time, and people chose to distance themselves because they saw the warning signs early on. By continuing to spread misrepresented information, you are only confirming their concerns. Such actions can be viewed as a serious offense and may carry financial or legal consequences. This behavior may also severely damage your public image and your career. It appears you are only digging yourself into a deeper hole, with no one wise enough to guide you or help you see past your ego. Ultimately, every negative action leads to negative consequences.
You’re right. Negative actions do lead to negative consequences. Treat others like shit, it comes back around. I only reflected Nameeta’s actions, attitude and words (or lack thereof in our last encounter) back to her. When I warned her about karma, she blasted off a comment about being lectured in it, when it was simply her own actions being reflected back. She needs a lesson in himility and humbleness, stop thinking she always has the moral and intellectual higher ground. She’s not doing herself any favours.
